numbness on my left side at the breast area

3 years ago i had triple bypass surgery since then my diabetic and hypertension and cholesterol are all under control thanks to constant medication. from surgery till today my left side is numb but about one week ago the left side became so heavy like I'm carrying 1Kg of stone and this thing became normal after 2 days. I am a scotch drinker as well in the sense that i drink  about 4 days a week total consumption about 1 liter per week. I do not do much exercise.my food intake is normal i don't overeat and my weight is the same since my bypass about 72 kg.  Is this worrying? please advice thank you.

When the heart is distressed or not meeting the oxygenated demand of the system there no absolutely no way to distinquish the discomfort from any other benign or not so benign conditions. Apparently you have a history of coronary artery disease based on your post so it maybe prudent to have an evaluation by your doctor.  Even if the discomfort does not last for long that is not an indication there is no heart problem nor having had an episode.

Thanks for sharing, and if you have any other comments or comments you are invited to respond, take care,

Ken
