I was just wondering what a negative holter moniter rules out.
I wore a holter moniter for six days and got an all clear. They said my heart was in a perfect sinus rhythm.
Does this mean my heart is healthy or is there any other tests i can do to confirm.
Im still really anxious about it despite this result

My Heart symptoms are few are far inbetween. Just flutters really when im anxious or hungover.
My chest pain isnt cardiac related becasue it occurs randomly and not with exercise.
