Enlarged right ventricle and tricuspid insufficiency

I am a 32 year old female.  I recently had an Echocardiogram due to a recurring arrithmia(tachycardia).  My doctor discussed the results with me and the findings were; an enlarged right ventricle, tricuspid insufficiency with abnormal trace findings.  My doctor said that he wasn't too concerned with the findings and that he wanted to  increase my dosage of Digitek to .250mg per day (I also take 50mg of Atenolol and 75/50 of Maxzide daily).  He said that he beleives that I will eventually develop Atrial Fibrilation and that probably by the time I reach the age of 40 will need to begin taking some sort of blood thinner.   I was wondering if anyone else could give me any additional information regarding this matter.  Thanks,

It is not normal to have enlarged right heart. However, minor valve leakage is physiologic ... did your doc say how much tricuspid regurgitation you have Why are you on digoxin, atenolol .... there are many reasons for enlarged right heart such as whole in the heart, lung problem, valve problem etc....
