I have heard that it is usually from anxiety. ??
I find myself trying and taking deeper breathes and sighing alot...
is this an indication of something wrong with me?
Regular exercise
Yoga (sounds lame, works great)
Progressive relaxation techniques
Reading (try a book on biofeedback)
Maintaining a healthy diet
Caffeine avoidance
Excessive sugar avoidance
Alcohol avoidance (or moderation)
Yoga breathing (it's awesome, Google it, it WORKS)
Regular meals (skipping = adrenaline = anxiety)
Your "peace thing". We all have something that soothes us. Maybe it's a bubble bath, a movie, a beach, a good book, programming HTML - whatever. Do it. Make time for it! Be good to yourself.
i always find something to do, dont sit around and let it take over your body get up start moving, take a walk ,jog good to move around , call a friend anything beside thinking about it and remember it wont kill you . good luck
