Heart + Kidneys

I am writing this message on behalf of my uncle how is 70 years old.  Almost 5 years ago, he had a heart stroke, which directly resulted in a weak heart and failure in both of his kidneys. Since then, he went to different hospitals, overseas where he lives, however, his condition worsen day by day. Nowadays, He needs help moving and it’s hard for him to talk.   I am wondering if there is a possibility to make a heart/kidney transplant here in the US.

Everyone thinks that we are loosing him, and we cannot do anything, please help.

Thank you..

sorry, we are not ignoring you, but I guess nobody knows.  Generally speaking, that is a very risky operation, and I doubt if he would be candidate at his age..I think the cut off is in the 60's.  I am sorry.
