Heart and other issues

I have been having a lot of tests lately and some of those tests where done on my heart though I seem to be more concerned about the test results than they are. My symptoms for having all the tests that I have had are, chest pain, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, and a feeling as if I have weights on my chest at times. Also it now seems like I am gaining muscle size in my upper chest and shoulders, though I haven't been working out.One of the findings on my Echo , Borderline Pulmonary Hypertension. And the 2 other findings where, traces of Mitral and Tricuspid valve Insufficiency. Some other recent test that have been done include full blood work ups that showed varying results in my lymphocytes, ranging from low to moderate and back again, the same with my platelet count one moment it is over minimum the next it is not, and Epstein bar came back positive on all three titers with readings of, ebv capsid ab at 5.00, ebva ab at 4.6 and igm at1.00. Also my urine analysis came back with high WBC but came back negative for bacteria. Chest CT with contrast, but wasn't a real good CT because they had issues with keeping the contrast in my cardio vascular system long enough to get a good image of pulmonary arteries. Had Exercise Treadmill Test results where equivocal, and recomandations for clinical monitoring, and stress echo. And the only way I found out about all this was because I requested my results, my primary care Doctor told me all was normal and to check back in a couple of weeks if symptoms persist. I also have swollen lymphnodes under left jaw bone. I had a CT preformed on my neck the radiologist said there was an enlarged lymphnode of 13mm though the ear nose and throat doctor disagrees and says it is one of my glands not a lymphnode. My voice is becoming raspy and I am more sensitive to cold weather than I have ever been before. So I feel that it is time for a new physician and now have an appointment on the 4th of Januray with a Internal Medicine Doctor. But I hate waiting this long to figure out what is wrong with me, should I just sit and wait till1/4/2011 or should I look around for another IMD? Should I have the echo stress test done now or wait. This all has been going on since 10/1/2010. Really starting do get frustrated, can you please help by giving me a direction to go with from here? Iam only 32 with no real vascular issues in my family, nor cancer. Problem with that is I feel that as long as you are not over 55 and your father, brother, and mother hasn't had issues with the heart, that iit is deemed rare and not really looked at closely. Am I wrong to think this way, or do you see the validation? Please let me know soon.

Thanks
Joe Wright

Thank you for the kind words. I wish I could say things have gotten better but they have not. I had to shovel some snow yesterday first thing in the morning so I could get my step son to school and wife off to work. And it was very difficult I felt like my lungs and throat where on fire and I began to have chest pain that was worse than it has ever been. So I called down to where I have an appointment with a Internal Medicine Doctor to see if I could get into see him earlier I couldn't see him but another IMD was available saw him this morning, but felt like I was seeing every other Doc that I have ever seen he did not seem to see a problem with my chest pains nor my fatigue, he actually said that he didn't see a link between my heart and my fatigue. The only thing he did see in my giant stack of old results was the fact that the cardiologist suggested that I have the stress echo. So I now have that scheduled for Monday, and I demanded another CBC just so I could see where all my blood count was since I have not had it looked at in a month. He wasn't interested in seeing another blood count. I have lost faith in the medical community, I feel that they only will look at the # and the normal ranges of things that have been stated by someone else, if thats all it takes to be a doctor then I could be one, and I am a landscaper who barely made it through high school. I am hoping that this last CBC and this next Echo shows something that will give me a definitive answer  or get me closer to having one. Thanks again for the kind words sorry that I just kind of went off just really frustrated.
