Just a thought, maybe your body is lacking something like Iron, folic acid or vitamin b12. Smoking may have hid this problem from you so I would get some blood tests done. If you are lacking iron you will feel all the symptoms you describe.
yes smoking raises blood pressure, but it does so because it poisons the body.
I have to say I suffered no such problems when I gave up smoking, in fact I experienced the complete opposite. When I smoked I had no energy and didn't want to do anything. After just 24 hours of quitting, I noticed how much easier my breathing was and I had a lot more energy.
Hi I am 24 year old, having low blood pressure.. Is Smoking is solution for raising my blood pressure...
Smoking constricts the blood vessels and raises your blood pressure. So quitting smoking would have the effect of lowering your blood pressure. your body is still going through the process of nicotine withdrawal. Good for you quitting! I'm trying, but slipped up after 3 weeks. Have to start again. Keep up the good work. If you still feel bad in another week, it wouldn't hurt to check with your doctor just to ease your mind.
