Help me with my EKG please

I am scheduled for a hysterectomy and had to have a preop ekg done.  These are the results and I had to make an appt. with a cardiac specialist.  Can anyone decipher this for me?

sinus rhythm: Abnormal P termian force
possible left atrial abnormality
R' in V1
ST-T changes in septal leads
Possible right ventricular hypertrophy
ST -T changles in septal lead
These changes are probably due to ventricular hypertrophy

Vent rate:  75bpm
rr interval:  192 ms
pr interval:  166 ms
qrs duration:  86 ms
qt inerval:  386 ms
qtc interval:  412ms
qt dispersion 50 ms

p-r-t axis: 70   53   42

Thank you!

Ventricular hypertrophy is an enlargement or thickening of the heart - the ventricles (bottom part of the heart) to be exact. It can be caused by chronic high blood pressure - have you had any blood pressure problems?  When the heart thickens in response to increased pressure, like muscles enlarge when you lift weights, it can actually become a less efficient pump which is the opposite of what you might expect.
