What is going on with my body?

Dr. said it could be gastro or anxiety/panic attack, but I recently had an endoscopy and the Dr. said there was no signs of anything going on- It was perfectly normal.
My internist did about 60 blood tests (finding nothing), and she sent me to a Psychiatrist just in case it was anxiety. He met with me, put me on medication (because I was depressed over my health), and brought me up to 300mg of Wellbutrin XL, along with ZANAX XR 1mg 2x daily to counteract the tremors brought on by the Wellbutrin; hence, the ER Dr. agreed there is no way It could be an anxiety/panic attack. This also occurred last November (2006) and I was sent to a neurologist, wore a heart monitor for a day, and they found nothing either. In an Echocardiogram they found my Mitral and another valve had a little regurgitation, but "nothing to worry about." The cardiologist dismissed my problem as heartburn- which I NEVER get because I don't eat many spicy foods- but I took the Pepcid for a number of days (just to give it a try)- no change.
I need an answer, I can't live life like this (nor can my worrying wife). Please help.

"WebMD info gives the reader a diagnosis of hypertension when looking up low BP."

What about your blood pressure?  Is it low? It must be when you are dizzy.

I would drink a very strong coffee. ( I wish I could :)

Your diet change is a good thing also that you lost 20 lbs. great.. keep eating the right food the answer can be there you might have also some  food allergies.

It was a poster here, unfortunately he is not here anymore ,he could give you good advice about healthy diet that in your case might help.

Always watch for MSG. Msg is a neuro-toxin, nerve poison !

We can't give here links, but I try to get you two great site I would look in..one is( without the stars of course)

h*t*t*p*://d*o*g*t*o*r*j.t*r*i*p*o*d*.c*o*m*/i*n*d*e*x*.h*t*m*l*

The other, but you might be familiar with it blood type diet if not just Google those words 'blood type diet'
The very first is the page of Peter D'adamo. I don't care about the skeptics, I think highly of him and his way. I do not fallow one by one , but used few advice. Also read his forum, can be useful.

Hope it helps.

Do you drink any diet coke? I dont drink ANY soda at all.

Are you checking labels? Do you eat-drink anything contains aspartame? DONT !!! Idon't, I agree 100% with you, and my wife and I look at all the labels.

I sure would go 100 % health and organic food freak if I were you- I'm close, and have lost almost
20 lbs by changing my diet (also to lower my cholesterol).

The chest pressure I can eventually learn to deal with, but the dizzyness, almost blacking out, and shortness of breath is worrisome-my wife wathced me almost fall down a5 or 6 times this morning- one time I was just standing straight and started to go down. The fluctuation in blood pressure and lack of a steady pulse ox is very disconcerting as well.

As I have stated before, this has happened before without any head shrink meds- 2 times before!
I was taking prescription leve Pepcid- double dosing as direccted, then the Garstro Dr. tried me on Aciphex (spelling?)- to no avail.
I just came back from my Asthma specialist, and my pulse OX dropped to 91% (was 99% yesterday), and my BP was 90/60 today, while it wass 110/70 yesterday.
I am 5"10, and weigh 172lbs- so my weight is just right. My Asthma DR. is completeley thrown by what's goinng on with me.
The 60 tests my Intenist performed were to cover absolutely everything- she is blown away too and went hrew every test includind double testing using different methods to make sure I didn't have a pulmonary emebellism.

Sorry to hear you trouble. Please celebrate your healthy heart ! Do you have a weight problem by any chance? What ever is giving you the stress, should working on that. It is not your heart. It can not be!
You said 60  blood test? How is that? They normally do one in every 3 months. I had 12 while was in the hospital for 12 days, but I was in heart failure. How your 60 add up?
It is good on this point to have a shrink, I hope he is good and able to guide you to the right direction.
Good luck.

I am sorry if I was unclear- I nave NO problems with my digestive track.

Welllbutrin is for depression, and Xanax traets anxiety (plus handles the tremors I get from Wellbutrin)- so neither (according to the ER doc and my shrink) could create my issues- in fact I've gone through the same issues before when I wasn't on Wellbutrin, Zanax, or any other meds.
But thanks for your response.

I'm sorry I can't solve your original problem, I don't know if you've stated the original symptoms which led you to seek help, but - I do believe that the psychiatrist who is prescribing Wellbutrin and Xanax is probably doing you more harm than good. IMHO Wellbutrin is probably causing or exacerbating your gastro symptoms, and the Xanax script is asking for trouble.  From personal experience I've found Welbutrin to be one of the most energizing and therefore anxiety producing of the anti-depressent medications.  It's also hell on the digestive tract, with numerous of potential side effects. It's also likely to amplify any cardiac symptoms like palpitations or tachycardia.  You should look into switching to Paxil which has a less stimulating effect.  Taking Xanax to counteract Well. tremors sounds a little dangerous to me since Well. is indicated for longer term and Xanax is not. Good luck.
