Chest tightness, if diagnosed as angina pectoris is not optimally relieved with aspirin. You are much better helped with isosorbide tablets or equivalent spray.
My wife bought me this Pill Pocket Wallet recently. It is a wallet with a built in medicine container. I carry around aspirin myself in case of chest tightness.
Maybe this will work for you too
Rather than an aspirin, why not carry gtn spray? you could leave it in your vehicle glove compartment for example. It just needs spraying under the tongue. Once opened, it needs to be replaced after 3 months.
Be sure that you do not damage the blister sealing, otherwise humidity will affect the pill..
Taking the medicine along with you will expose it to higher than recommended temperatures. I would exchange unused medicine after a month or so.
It what circumstance did aspirin safe someone's life?
I used a locket that had room enough for 2 pills.
