HELP!

ima 23 year old male i have a history of panic attacks. But lately i have been going to bed at nite n my heart is pounding threw my chest cavity so hard it feels like its gonna pop out. i also get these breatheing attacks where i lose my breath n it feels like someone is holding my throat shut. i ALSO get the feeling of someone is sitting on my chest. Ive been coughing up alot of flem for the past 3 weeks n have no symtoms of being sick with a cold im scared n i have no idea whats wrong with me can anyone help? i need answers i lose my breath usually rite be4 im about to pass out n im awakein be4 i can because im chokeing on myself. oo and my regular breatheing has been messed up too i feel like i cnt breathe all the way like something is clogging my passage way i dunno hard to explain

I agree with kenkeith.  You need to go to the doctors to rule out anything serious.  Don't delay doing this.  Go.

However that doesn't mean i think there's anything wrong with you.  Your symptoms could just as easily be panic related.  Go to the doctor to be sure though.

If it's panic there's lots you can do.  One thing is learn to stop over breathing (which can make you feel like you cannot breathe when in fact you have too much oxygen)

You have symptoms that may be panic related. Shortness of breath and a dry cough caused me to go to ER, and I was shocked to hear I had a heart problem. You should consult with your doctor to rule out anything serious
