Low Blood Pressure/ Low heart rate

I am a 43 yr old women, 5' 7" and 150lbs, I have low blood pressure 80/63 and a heart rate of around 45 BPM (resting), I eaisly feel faint, ringing in ears, dizzy, nausous, heavy sweating and just feel tired and sleepy alot.  my question is is this normal?  I am not an althlete, I do exercise regularly but nothing strenous by any means.  I am waiting on blood test results, but my dr is concerned about the EKG I had yesterday and thinks these may be related.  I have always had low BP...and have had episodes of feeling faint in the past.....but recently, it seems to happen after I eat, and is very scary.....any information would be great!

Thanks

I'm on a beta blocker and calcium channel blocker for various tachycardias, because of them my blood pressure was recently bottoming out (like 70/40) and my cardiologist has me taking 2 500mg salt tablets twice a day.  it really helps me, but I can't recommend you do it without talking with your doctor ....
