Slow Heart Rate

Hi ...My father had underwent CABG(Coronary Artery ByPass Grafting) surgery on 10th April 2014....He is ok till now..but i have noticed slow heart rate from past two days..At evening time the heart rate is between 30-40 per minute..And he is feeling some sort of weakness...Now his age is 63...Please do the needful...Please suggest me what to do...

A heart rate of 30-40 is very low but whether it needs treatment can not be concluded so easily.
A lot of people have a hr that low and are just fine. For others this is just too low and might need treatment.
If he is feeling weak lately, he should contact his cardiologist to check if an adaption in his medicines is needed or perhaps further action is required.
