Prognosis of 16 year old have ing a pacemaker
My 16 yr old was just diagnosed with intermittant heart block 2nd & 3rd degree and will be getting a pacemaker in the next week. I want to know if he will lead a semi-normal life, will his chances of dieing at a young age be greater? I want to know all the answers to the questions I know I'm not asking, or have even thought about...Please help me
I have a woman friend who got a pacemaker at 15. She's had it replaced a few times, but she's lived a pretty normal life and even has two children.
