need help from experienced: anxiety, sensitivity. on and off issues

I am on Cardizem for SVT which has done wonders yes. No SVT's Since. I do have a homecare nurse that comes once a week and draws blood and listens to me. So far she said i sound very good. But heres my problem.
(Oh, and i had a 3 week cardionet moniter and Echo that showed good results. just fast Tachy)

Heres the backround so people can give better answers:
Dx.: Crohn's.
Weight. Under 110. - 5" 11.  Yes very Thin
On TPN at the moment to build my weight a long with Xanax for anxiety which sort of helps.

Thing is, I get normal resting rates around 85-100 most of the time and some better on an empty stomach but when i stand up, my heart rate is 150-160. I DO NOT have POTS. Confirmed with nurse.. my BP raises pretty high and than normalizes. Never Drops, and i never Faint.

I usually am in a resting state and get up to use the bathroom pretty much only. I do my best to get a tad of standing and slow walking exercise. but the heart rate is around 145-160..

if i STOP, and just stand there it will slowly go back down. Why is this?

Even on the toilet, little movments like grabbing toilet paper or leaning over to wipe or moving in my recliner..
I feel my heart rate is so sensitive.. it does vary almsot day by day.

I want to get outside. i want to move around.

all my docs just say Feel your body and sit down if you get chest pains or cant breathe but i really am afraid to walk around with 160+ heart rate. Its Calories I can NOT afford to lose.

any idea why this is like this. is it because i am so deconditioned? Anemic? thin? they all probably play a roll but its driving my nuts.

please respond if anyone has some knowledge.

A salivary cortisol test can. You don't need a prescription for the exam. In fact, you can even buy the test online, do it at home and send in your sample to a lab for the results.

Cardizem, as you know, is used to lower the heart rate, but believe me the power of the mind can override the effect of the drug. It happened to me many years ago. JUST the thought can trigger an episode... the anticipation of "what could happen cause it happened before" can scare the crap out of you and your adrenals pump out adrenaline into you blood and whammo, the heartrate speeds up. Have they checked you adrenals or adrenaline levels while you have this? Just a thought.

Well its like this even when i stand or walk.

I know Anxiety has a lot to do with it. But when i stand still..... it tends to slowly go back down..

does blood pressure have anything to do with it?

Its always LOW when sitting or laying down but will raise as i get up.
Does cardizem have anything to do with it. (heart rate)

Has anyone looked into a very sensitive vegas nerve? The bathroom and bending made me think about it.
