Siezure

I am a 16 year old female with inapropriate sinus tachycardia, three leaking valves and some kind of arithmia that only 5% can't be cured by surgery, i don't know what it's called.

Well, I am sensitive to caffine, and one night i had a soda and smoked two cigarettes and smoked marijuana. About 30 minutes after all this, I passed out cold and was twitching for 15 minutes. My friends were shaking me and slapping my hands to get me awake. I was half concious, i could hear what was going on towards the end but couldn't move or open my eyes for a good few minutes. I didn't go to the hospital but i wanted to know if this is serious.
My cardiologist said that if i pass out i need to go on medication, beta blockers? will this help?

Thank you.

Well, not to be rude but hopefully this can be a lesson to you. You should count yourself as lucky to have only passed out. You already KNOW you have heart issues, why press your luck? I also have IST and know that any stimulant totally throws me out of whack, and you took a whole bunch of stimulants. The fact that you passed out and was twitching is concerning. Stay away from that ****.
