concentric hypertrophy

Years ago I was told I had a heart murmur at age 22 when I was in my 30s had an echo done showed I had mild MVP with only the posterior part not closing then in my 40s had another ECHO done which showed mild MVP with mild dilation of my left Atrium, and a leaky tricuspid valve with an EF of 70%. So now I just had another echo done to be sure I can go through a major surgery and it said no MVP leaky tricuspid and mitral valve EF at 70% or more and there appears to be concentric hypertrophy present. Any ideas? suggestion?

The  heart can be subjected to many diseases … I could not indeed say to you with exactitude or by naming it that in question in my own observations but what is certain is that it corresponds only to  one of these diseases.I prefer not to deliver an opinion on your case because not being sure on it corresponds to that in question in my observations.
I noticed the cause of the anomaly referred to above randomly and when one applies it to individuals, at the end of a few hours approximately they say to feel intermittent pains in the heart and entrust to reach more quickly than usually the limits of their physical capacities .And these effects do not stop as much as the experiment is not stopped and even tend to worsen . I approached too certain patients of the heart and I observed at certain the same phenomenon that I had applied to the individuals referred to above.

Hi, MVP can cause the concentric hypertrophy. This is because the heart chamber has to pump increased blood volume. The ejection fraction is good. If the leaky tricuspid valve or regurgitation is very mild, it may not have been picked up this time. Regards.
