T wave inversions with subtle ST segment depressions normal?

There’s so much conflicting info on the internet. Short story been suffering with Gi symptoms for 5 months. Last week got dizzy after running the stairs at work. They put me on the ekg and it showed T wave inversions. Went to have a 12 lead. Showed non specific t wave abnormality with subtle st segment depression. Cardio consult isn’t for two more months. I’m scared. A lot of people say this is normal as long as I was asymptomatic at the time. Troponin was negative.  Will I be ok until my appointment?  I did a treadmill test in December and they said it was normal. I made it to 13 MET I believe.
