ive been having a lot of problems with shortness of breath at times, palpitations and my heart rate os constantly high. can go from 120-160 just by standing up and walking around. i'm 25 years old. 5 foot 2, 120 pounds. BP usually ranges from 95/60 to 120/80. usually around 110/60-70 lately. i am relatively healthy, though suffering with with polycystic ovarian syndrome and a non-specific connective tissue disease. i was born with a , what they assumed to be a very mild stenotic pulmonary artery with no other problems arising from it. they said i'd outgrow it. hadnt had it checked since was i at least 7. been trying to get the test copies back from the childrens hospital but they supposedly are having problems. so, i dont know where it stands and my parents arent of much help in remembering the exact things from the last test.
as of this past year, ive been having some SOB and the onset of these other things.
i had EKG's done and they all say i have a mild right heart strain and LVH, though every other echo test has ruled out LVH. passed the stress tests. though, my heart was pounding too hard SOB, so they stopped it afte 7 mins. i reached 12.9 on the METS.

This echo was done itilizing techniques of color flow and spectral analysis. Interrogations were done in the inflow and outflow tracts of both the left and right heart chambers. This study demonstrated the following:
1. Normal cardiac chamber sizes are present.
2. The valvular structures and chambers appear to be anatomically normal.
3. Left ventricular ejection fraction is 60-65% with normal regional wall motion.
4. Normal right ventricular function is present.
5. Moderator band can be seen in the right ventrical which is a normal finding.
6. Trace tricuspid insufficiency.
7. Pulomonary artery systolic pressure is estimated at 27 mmHg by doppler.

I dont understand what these volumes mean.. the BSA, PISA, etc stuff... and what the reference values for the aortic root, left atrium, etc are.
As for the pulmonary pressure... is that normal? or too high?!?! would this be considered mild pulmonary hypertension?
i am scared to death of this thing...
