I have had several nuclear scans and never had such symptoms after. If your stools are black, I would certainly contact your Doctor because this can be a sign of bleeding but higher up in the digestive tract, such as the stomach. I think it would also be wise to get your blood pressure taken and see if you are anaemic.
What is that with you people? :) A similar thing happened to my wife when she had a treadmill stress test last week. For two days she was doing nothing but spitting blood from behind. Except in her case it was bright red - meaning the origin was further down - no explanation as of yet.
