Husband was the less than 1% who died?

My husband has quintuple bypass 4/21/16. He has 3 and some "pulmonary " problems set in he was in a "drug I dusedt" coma. When I called or such a Nurse told me I "watched to much TV".
They never saw how he presented. An "off the grid approach " was done and the trach I co dented to. He seemed more comfortable. He came to and within 4 days he was due to go to rehab.  He was off the vent for 8 hours and tubes were going out faster than they were put in.
I got a call and 20 minutes later o watched him with his chest open and I heard " call it".
How the hell? He saw his pulmonologist every 3 moths. Inhalers and he is even the "head" of the Dept .
I wasn't aware of how longs being "bad" and "horrible" Not even a 8 syllable word o can't repeat.
I asked my husband if he was aware and he wasn't as I knew.
Some screwed up.
