what does it mean

today i went to my cardiologist was given this conclusion what does it mean inferior septal segment ischemic changes

Hi me44, inferior septal segment is the area of interest.  It is the dividing wall between heart chambers.

Was the radiologic image obtained by a stress test?  If so ischemic (lack of blood flow) would mean with exertion there is a lack of blood flow to the area described and usually that is the result of some vessel blockage.
