You might want to ask for a basic blood test to see if your sodium, potassium, etc levels are OK, or you might try and mix in a banana in your diet. Cramps are very often caused by metabolic unbalance, but generally if you don't have serious liver or kidney disease, tweaking your diet can eliminate muscle cramps.
