angiography results

Hi I am a 50 year old female who has already had left cartid endarterectomy in 2010 and have just recently had a stent for left circumflex coronary artery approximately 90% in severity. Upon reading my results I came across some information I don't understand in the reading it said mild diffuse disease in LAD but high grade stenosis. I understand that it means blockage of some degree but does this mean I have future issues to worry about? I know I am uncommly young for these problems and I am not phyically overweight or have history in my family what should I be asking myself or the doctors I feel like I am missing part of the puzzle and don't know the right question to ask plz help me to understand what is happening with my body cause I would like to be around to see my children have their babies. But the stress of this is driving crazy

Absolutely you have a bright future. Don't let the words "heart disease" bring you down and stress you out. My LAD is fully blocked at the top, my right artery is fully blocked half way down, and I have a failed triple bypass which lasted only 3 months. I've had 10 stents to try and rectify my situation, 5 of which blocked up again. I was only 46 when this went on and I am now 53 and in the very same situation. I tried everything to stop my disease spreading, including different diets but the one which I am sticking to is only 3 teaspoons of processed sugar each day and reduced stress. If your lifestyle changes don't work, you can still have more stents until you figure it out. I am a long long way from heart failure thanks to stents and collateral vessels (natural bypasses) opening up.
