Do you mean without any further tests?

You are saying that the same doctor that did the angio told you everything O.K. and now, 6 months later, looking at the same angio, the same doctor says that there is a problem??

Do you have any symptoms ? Angina? 6months ago and now?

The answer is YES.

The probabilities depend on the angiography results and your particular conditions.
