cardio question

Can you please suggest me what is the stage of patient from follwing result.
LMCA - Multiple calcified plaques LMCA with no narrowing
LAD - Few calcified plaques proximal LAD with mild narrowing of the mid and distal LAD. Type 2 appears normal.
LCX - Few calcified plaques proximal LCX with no narrowing . Non dominant and appear normal. Om branches appears normal.
RCA - Few small calcific plaque proximal RCA with mild narrowing of the mid and distal RCA. Dominant and appears normal. PDA/PLB appear normal.
D1 , D2 few calcfied plaques at origin D1,D2 with mild narrowing.

No intervention is required but I would have to say that lifestyle changes are required. How old is the patient? I would ensure blood pressure is normal, processed sugars are removed as much as possible from the diet, no smoking, and lots of exercise. Another key issue is emotional stress. If this patient is stressed at work, my strongly advise they leave because no job is worth your life.

I don't believe meat is bad, I believe balance is key. So lots of fruit veg and some meat. With regards to emotional stress, it is a killer over years. Perhaps seek out relaxation classes in the form of meditation; I believe Yoga is good for this.

Thanks a lot for your response over this.
Patient age is 55 years old. Blood pressure is varying each time but most time its normal. Sugar is normal and he is taking Glycomet 500mg tablet daily. Patient dont have smoking or drinking habit.
What kind of diet to be follow. Non veg avoiding is advisible?
As you told Sir patient have emotional stress and after knowing this test result he looks dull and worried. So can you help me out on this with brief answer.
