Has the doctor diagnosed unstable angina pectoris....this would be chest pain due to an insufficient supply of blood to the heart cells. It seems if the 70% blockage of vessels would have been stented if the cardiologist believed that is/was a source of the chest pain. Usually, with angina, the chest pain occurs when there is some rigorous activity and relief with rest.
I'm not familiar with Indor, but a nitrate has helped me for the past 7 years for angina. The doctor has your health history, general health, etc. and the recommendation I would make is to discuss the matter with your doctor, and if (s)he is unable to provide help for your symptom is to go to a doctor who can help you. Your problem may not be associated with your heart and has more to do with pulmonary issues. But it appears to be a serious condition.
Hope this helps, and thanks for sharing your experience.
