fast heart beat

I recently had a pace maker put in, it is set to kick in  at 80.  My blood pressure has been running low around 80/60 and heart rate 93 I get a dizzy feeling when this happens and my heart feels like it is going to pop out of my chest.  Could this because they have my pacemaker set so high, before the pacemaker my heart rate was in the 40's.

Are you on any medications as well? The low BP will certainly make you feel light-headed. A HR of 93 is brisk but not all that fast. Excuse me if I don't understand: your pacer "kicks in" at 80? Usually a pacer is to bring up a slow HR like yours in the 40's. So if yours dropped, then the pacer would kick in to bring it up to 60 or 65 (my Dad's was set at 60). Anyway, I think if your BP is low, that's why you feel dizzy. Not sure why your HR is running a bit on the high side. How long have you had your pacemaker?
