I can't imagine why there would be.
I had similar concerns my first time flying (several years ago) after developing my palpitations. No problems at all :)
I post operative afib due to bypass surgery, sometimes wish i had not had that surgery.Silly,I knowecause I feel so much better.
i am supposed to be going on a trip, the first since my surgery, and am nervous about the flying too.
Someone said it will affect afib, but I can't believe people with afib do not fly.
Just a bit nervous that is all.
I empathize with you,all will be okay. have a great trip. God Bless polly
Thanks everyone - I feel more at ease now.
I have that same fear. My dr says they can happen whether you're on the ground or in the sky or on the water. Nothing you can do can start or stop them BUT they won't kill you so who cares.
Hope that helps!
