Good luck with the test. It really doesn't hurt that much! Honest!
I'll admit to the hospital this afternoon. Schedule tomorrow Wednesday has an angiogram.
Mine PCD is NOT bi-venticular one. Just the normal 2 leads and all go to the right side. Of couse right side will win and the left side sure lost. I'm confused... sometime my old cardio said is pacemaker and sometime he said is ICD... He may be confused too... He is old! He could be stuff up my heart with someone else too.
Where is Thinline? Are you on another name? Sue and Maggie are not coming here?
Pika, I am pretty surprised the ICD did not help the LBBB problem. The BiV they put in me has made a world of difference for me. Have you had an optimization?
Hi everyone,
This is the place, I guess. Hi Pika! How are you?
Hi, old friends. Nice and hope can see every one here!
I haven't seen Knightrider, Sue, Anita and....... come in yet? Are they using another name?
One post that Sue asked me, am I having a LBBB? It is how I get LBBB. Sue, my left side is still fighting with the right side..... Wednesday, I'm having the angiogram..... I'm scare that pain at the groin. HELP....

Hi Bet. Glad you could make it. Wonder how many others will make the switch. And Tony, I took your advice on text size. That cleared up the problem ( the blue option bar was covering the first line of the message). So far I like it here on this msg board.
I guess this is the place.
WOW! I'm really surprised to hear about the HCOL boards. I pretty much stick to this one and the valvereplacement board. I remember participating on HCOL and there was always activity. Hopefully, those people who know how to set up boards will be able to ensure the long-timers have a place to chat, vent, ask, suggest, etc.
Hope you are doing well!!
My ablations were in 2003 and I'm still holding an EF of 60%....Back for a recheck in May. I used to go in for rechecks without batting an eye. Not any more : )
Take care!
I'm glad the text size change solved your problem. Besides this patient-to-patient board, medhelp also has a second heart board where Cleveland Clinic cardiologists will take and answer two or three questions a day. The following the doctor's answers are also interesting. There are also archives of past questions/answers. I've gotten into some really intense debates over there in the past.
Hi Connie
Yes, it's true. HCOL is closing its boards tommorrow. HCOL was bought out by iVillage recently. Since iVillage has their own moderated message boards, they apparently decided to close the HCOL boards. A note appeared above each HCOL board this week saying:
"This message board will close on Feb. 19, 2007. To find support and information about this topic, please visit the Heart Health board in iVillage
I made it! Time to meet everyone and say hi. For those that don't know me I've had arrhythmias all my life (PAC's, PVC's, atrial tachy and atrial flutter - found out about the flutter during the first ablation). I've had 3 ablations and still have some arryh's but not so bad. That's it in a nutshell.
Hey!!
What's this about HCOL closing their boards? What happened?
So glad you are both here. People will be amazed on how you are both so knowledgable. susie
Yes, Suzy. Scouser costa rica and I have posted below.
Tony
PS BTW, we're not from iVillage. We're from HeartCenterOnline, which iVillage recently took over and is closing tomorrow. I expect more will follow when the HCOL boards close.
