I have theheart problem if i take the following medication what are the side effects

Dear Dr, May I know there is any side effects on
I take simvastatin 20mg 1tablet At night after food
           concor 2.5mg 1tablet morning after food
           Dioran 80mg 1/2 tablet morning after food
           Aspirin 300mg 1/4 tablet morning after food
           Plavix 75mg  1tablet morning after food
How long do i have to take it before recovering my heart problem. Thanks Skngu
