heartbeats seen on wrist and pain below my right lung and sometimes heart? is it normal?

hey i'm just asking if i can see my heartbeats in my wrist, and sometimes i can see it really really clear and moving up and down strongly everyday, is it normal? i mean, i told my friends and they are thrilled and surprised to see it. nobody except me have the heartbeats seen on the wrist. they can just feel them with the other hand. and sometimes i feel the space below my heart and sometimes the space below my right lung are hurting. and in that times, i can't breathe normally. i can just breathe shortly. if i try to breathe normally it hurts as hell. so please tell me if this is normal or not?

In the human population there is variation. The fact you can "see" your pulse has no correlation with mortality or heart disease.

The pain you describe could have several etiologies, but a cardiac problem is unlikely. Costochondritis is the most likely problem.
