There could be restenosis of the previous stents, new lesions, etc.

LMS indicates stenosis (narrowing due to occlusion) of the left main vessel.
Minor osteal** lesion disease and locations noted.
Various degrees of lesions noted in locations cited.

**"Excluding primary atherosclerosis, conditions implicated in this lesion include congenital abnormalities, homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, fibromuscular dysplasia, iatrogenic stenosis from cannulation trauma when administering antegrade cardioplegia or during coronary angiography, and mediastinal radiation."

Your treating doctor would have to make a differential diagnosis.  Primary atheroclerosis is the usual underlying cause for an occlusion and apparently that has been ruled out.

Hope this provides an insight and perspective to your vascular system.  Thanks for sharing.
