I might add: if those doctors have no idea, who you had so far than you should start over again go to an another doctor, not a cardiologist ,but a family practicer who would listen and order the right tests, as I said in an earlier post who has one hour to spend with you ...you should do your homework talk to other people friends neighbors  ,get an idea who is in your aria a "good listener" doctor who is not just hurry and put your case like a robot, but  putting a part of his heart and soul in to while taking care of the not too simple cases of his/her patients.

Still watch the videos.

Modern medicine and alternative (although I don’t like that word, but I don’t have better well known word for it)…so those two must go hand by hand. We need both!

On your body -as you said overweight- keep working, but drastically. Diet - exercise.
Also please understand by thinking about the pain: you will get again or might get again.. is not helping… the pain for you might  work  like you are prevent it! Your thoughts are having big influence on future happenings. Because all tests were good about your heart still ask for other tests about other possibilities than your heart, but in the time until you get other testing put your mind far away from the pain and heart attack etc scenarios. I keep saying for people do yoga breathings and yoga exercises. It is not only an empty advice, I talk from experience … for most people (if practice every day) the solution is IN IT. For you I would say start with meditation. I am going to send you a link on your profile page, please at least give it a try. ..or at least watch that 5 videos. Often we watch time consuming stupid movies and games and we don’t care about watching life changing videos that has huge value for us, more than always worrying we must start changing. Never too late. And you are only 33, you have another 70 years to live!:)

they do ekg's when i am at the er and also bloodwork.  sor far they haven't found anything.  My heart isn't always out when i am in pain.  they are not sure where the pain is coming from.  I have been dealing with this problem for 10 years.  I quit smoking 10 years ago.  Yes i am overweight but i am working towards losing it.  i don't drink alcohol or caffinated beverages.  i worry i may die one of these time because it can lead to heart attack and or stroke.  they have used the defibrilator on me 12 times in the past 10 years.   I just don't know what to do anymore.  I've changed doctors, and they all say the same thing.  They have no idea where the pain comes from.  i'm just not sure what else to do. I would love to go back to work.

As I see from your post you are overreacting. Why would you die? Your Heart is healthy. Also if you have some other problem as obvious you do, you must go to the doctors they were suggesting to you and get tests on other fields, hope they are suggesting more than mental  tests, mental is only one thing many other tests  exists.
If you get the right diagnosis and the right treatment you won’t need hopefully disability.
Stay strong and if you are not satisfied wit the doctors treating you look for another doctor who has at least one hour time only for you, to listen to talk and to put together the next steps you should do.
In the meantime be sure you are not overweight, don’t smoke get enough sleep ,take it easy, don’t let stress got in to your system  and also eating healthy is important , drink only good things ,keep far from diet drinks and energy drinks.

Are you taking any heart medications for the svt and a-fib? If the ablation didn't work, then you might have some other problems with your heart that need to be addressed. If you are being ignored, then find another cadiologist who will listen. When you go to the ER, do they give you an EKG to see what your heart is doing? Because if they are just giving you morphine and not running that test, plus bloodwork to check for heart problems, then you need to find another hospital which will listen to you.
