thank you for info, when you says blood profile is that HDL .LDL readings
If it keeps spiking that high for years, then it is likely to start to cause damage. We all get damage to our arteries, but the body usually repairs them in good time. With high pressure, this task becomes more difficult for the body, taking longer. There is also a lot of conflicting views with heart disease over the causes. First of all saturated fats were blamed, then sugars, then other things. It seems to me that the most logical cause is the very small lipids which are sticky and can fit into the damaged walls of arteries. So perhaps a detailed lipid profile on your blood would help? The tiny sticky lipids do seem to be produced by the Liver when we consume lots of processed sugar.
