what is a more sensitive test than nuclear stress test

A relative with similar sensitivities to particulate matter was unable to breathe in nuclear stress test and had to be given oxygen to rescue her.  Also there is an issue with  left basilar scarring.  Cardiologist says nuclear stress test is not a very good test.  Isn't there an alternative?

An angiogram is the gold standard but may not be an option depending on the health of the patient. I believe the sensitivity of a nuclear stress test is between 80% and 90%.
