Heart pain - Need an advice please

I get light uppper abdoman pain or upper chest pain if I walk or excertion some times. I get little lightheaddedness .
I had same symptoms 2003 and got , EKG, NUCLEAR scan, holter monitor, Echo, blood work. All come negative.
Even after that if I excerise say 15 min or more I get light headed ness, goes off after some time.
Cardio told me donot woryy keep going slowly on excersize.  I am afride and have not continued.Though pain is never in the stomach center or sqezzing. I t is always burining senstation and pain on right or left side if walk to talk for long time
Recently I admite to ER and they have run many tests and said I did not have any any heart attack and pain is related to GERD( i have gerd for long time and tak medication aciphex). asked me to see family physician.

My question is , is my pain related to Heart . I do not want to negelect same time . I am feeling some time doctors are feeling bad as I am going to them many times. One of the doctor told me to take MPI ( This is the test I got it done for same symptoms and they said my artires are like small baby).

Can some body suggest.

You could have been given a fast acting nitrate med, and if the pain (angina) is related to the heart, there almost always is immedicate relief.
