I have been struggling for answers since the first time I fainted 10 yrs ago. I was sent for a bunch of test heart monitor, tilt table (which I fainted with no help in under 20mins) I was told to add more salt to my diet and to stay hydrated. I went on with my life and for many years felt very unwell. Tired all the time naps are almost always necessary, light headed (like fuzzy head) like a have a head cold but not, nausea, hands going numb certain patches of skin the go numb for weeks, throat tightness that sometimes starts in lower mid chest and lasts for over 10 mins a certain points I have had along with tightness stabbing or ache In Jaw and elbow,  shortness of breath when talking like I run out of breath to finish sentences sometimes (was sent for breathing test as dr thought it was early copd or Athsma) I smoke:( the test came back negative. And most recently I fainted for the first time in like 9 years I just couldn’t lay down in time dropped so hard to my knew I pulled my MCL in both. I went for a echocardiogram 1st one ever and haven’t got a call back from dr office but I am still freaking out. Please lmk what you think of these numbers

EF2 (mod) 80.7%
EF4 (mod) 72.9%
EDV (mod) 72.0ml
ESV (mod) 16.4ml
