Insomnia has been linked to cardiovascular disease

There is direct evidence that we need to look at our sleep as a crucial aspect to our overall health.  Recently in the news, studies showing how lack of sleep negatively impacts our cardiovascular health are being highlighted.  Lots of things can impact sleep from stress to hormones to a number of health issues as well as poor sleep hygiene. Working on this aspect of your life can be life saving in the big scheme of things.  


If you have chronic insomnia, talk to your doctor and take steps to work on this for the sake of your heart.
