24 years old pls read

Hello,

I am 24 years old female generally healthy. Last year I was diagnosed with idiopathic RVOT and had an ablation to cure it. Thank God all went well and for a year now I was fine doing things I never imagined I could do. However this past month I have been having a lot of PVC's. Went to the doctor last week and we did an ecco, an ecg a stress test and a holter for 24 hours. Everything were normal except he found 90 PVC's on the holter. He told me not to worry and it has nothing to do with the RVOT. However he suggested in a year or two to do another heart MRI to check for the unlikely event that there is structurally something wrong with my heart. Is that true? He said i would be unlikely because I am almost 25 now and if something was structurally wrong with my heart  it would have appeared by now...

Also after all these tests I started taking magnesium and I am much more relaxed and my PVC's have reduced a lot like max 10 a day. Is it possible that I was causing them because I was extra stressed??

pls reply...
thank you

Hello Jerry NJ
thank you for your reply. Do you really think I could be causing all these to myself and my body subsequently?? It sounds really scary... Do you think I should be worried about those PVC's? My doctor isnt but its a very frightening feeling and each time I feel them i panic...!!

Seems the magnesium is helping, and it may be all psychological, but if it works don't think your way out of a good thing.

I've tried magnesium, but as my blood tests say my Mg level is in the upper normal range, I assume I don't need it, and I don't seem to get any improvement either...maybe you post added to other post from people who have seen improvement from taking supplemental Mg will help convince me...hope so.

I do not consider your doctor's recommendation to do a follow up test in a year.  I think it is just being "safe", not a direct threat...try not to worry about it.
