Good to see you are getting some input here, I'll jump in here on your last point. "...in time I can heal". Yes that is possible, and it may take some invasive procedures, such as Ablation. I am not suggesting this is what you need, and it will always help to lead a "healthy heart" life style: mostly diet and exercise - both need specific oversight to be best. Until you can get a specific recommendation from a doctor it is best to go slow on any increase in physical exercise, but adding a "mile a day" in just extra walking if it doesn't cause pain is worth a try.. if too much, try 1/2 mile a day. There are other exercises that give the cardiovascular needed exercise, some are "in doors" such as an exercise stationary bicycle.
You didn't mention atrial fibrillation, that is one arrhythmia I found relief from a minimally invasive procedure called electrocardio version.... but alas over time that no longer worked. I'm a senior age person and now face a life-time of medications. The younger one is the more aggressive one should seek a "cure" even if it eventually fails.
Hi, thnak you for your feedback.
No they didnt. However I think I started hurting all over when I went through the stage where it felt like my heart is working way overt-time. I starting feeling very sensitive and everything hurt. It did improve after medication.
Currently now I am having the daily palpitations and every hour or so I will have a very weird heart beat. Sometimes I would feel confused as well.
So now it seems I have to wait till January. He says I need to come back for a 24hr monitor and check what the results say and I must simply continue with the meds.
I do hope that in time I can heal. Can you ever get better form calcium etc.? Should I improve my diet and exercise more even though it's hard to do training? I am confused. Thank you once again
It sounds as though you are going through a very difficult time. Unfortunately, your situation is complicated, and more-- a lot more--specific information about what tests were done, and what the results were, is needed.
However, one thing stands out: you say, "I couldn't brush my hair anymore it hurt so much all over my body." I can tell you that this is *not* a symptom of heart disease.
Have your doctors suggested any other cause for this particular symptom?
