I have fluid retention mainly in one ankle. It’s extremely uncomfortable. I have regular check-ups and have no problems that would cause this fluid. Weight is good.I eat healthy. I’ve tried eliminating salt to no help. I’ve had a few veins removed thinking it would help. No relief. Magnesium tea seems to help. I do drink lots of water every day. It is the only thing i drink. What kind of magnesium should i take? How much?
