keep a journal of your symptoms with dates, times etc and what your symtpoms were and see if you can find a pattern
along with all of the lifestyle changes, try getting your tests from the ER and take them to your dr so you have them and he/she can look them over instead of waiting for a copy
since you had bloodwork and tests there, look it all over and make notes if you want to ask your dr anything then you can be prepared
if your 24 hr holter doesnt show anything, they may want to do a 30 day monitor
I'm curious "EKG showed more than normal # of PVCs" what did they say was "normal" and what was more than normal?
Watch food intake.
Don't eat more than your supposed to, chew really well,
don't eat junk food (=refined sugar or stuff with too much fat)
avoid artificial sweeteners (they can cause heart rhythm disturbance)
stomach upset can cause pvc's and tachycardia, as will anxiety ofcourse.
you might want to supplement with magnesium but be careful, as some forms of magnesium upset the stomach.
i can't tolerate the powdered forms of magnesium, one of which is magnesium gluconate.
i can tolerate magnesium oxide as well as magnesium citrate, the latter being a more bio-available form of magnesium but it also has laxative qualities which can become a problem (diarrhea-dehydration)
magnesium helps some people to have less tachycardia and less pvc's.
omega 3 fish oil seems to help some people have less pvc's, but other people can have more pvc's because of the fish oil.
so be careful, what works for one person will not neessarily work for the other.
good luck :)
