I've exercised even with VT runs and didn't let any type of arrhythmia bother me until my dr's told me NOT to exercise.
Unless your dr tells you not to exercise it should be fine, unless you get shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting etc that is not attributed to being out of shape. Exercise keeps our hearts healthy and strong and for most it helps with arrhythmia's.
I exercised with bigeminy and I think that is what finally got me OUT of it! My cardiologist told me a long time ago that many athletes run marathons with PVCs and PACs.
Yes. It helps me a lot and is definitely encouraged by my cardiologist.
If you do, beta blockers may be helpful, but the best cure is, like I said, keep going. They are probably caused by your fear and anxiety, reducing that will most likely make them go away.
Again: PACs are the most benign arrhythmia there is, and it's considered a normal phenomenon that we all have but most of us don't notice. PACs during exercise is not dangerous. PVCs during exercise can indicate something. But you don't have that.
