Hi I have IST and its only really bad around my period starts at ovulation and end when I start my period. I was thinking that maybe it would help keeping hormones regulated but maybe not do you think stopping my period would help???? does a hysterectomy stop that?
According to my naturopath, who is very intuitive and reputable, the cream is totally safe. I had a hysterectomy and although the doctors told me I no longer needed progesterone, the naturopathic community says we have prog receptors all over our body and recommend it. I find it a pain to put on every night, so skip it occasionally if I am too tired, but I can't say I have felt any difference and I don't think it has helped my arrythmia.
how long have you been using it? Is it safe? thats my main concern about it being safe you hear all these horrible things about birth control and hormone replacment just wondering if this really is a safe alternitive?
I'm going to ask my gyn about an IUD. I've heard nothing but great things about them and they don't add to an increased heart rate like oral contraceptive.
I am trying the natural progesterone cream now, and no difference yet.
