No I'm talking in general I would wake up in the morning my resting heart rate will be 52. then I will stand up wait like a minute or two it jump up to 90-100 my job is kind of physical I took my heart rate throughout the day while I was working it was 100-125. right when I sit down it drops right into the 80-90. Now it's top when I'm sitting down or rested my heart rate is in the 50-60. And I when I stand up its in the 70-80 while I'm working throughout the day it's in the 70-90. So I don't know if it was a fluke if I was dehydrated or my sodium level was low but it stopped.
