Don't go to sleep or lay down before 4 hours after eating.
Chew really well, eat smaller amounts.
Take a teaspoon of "molkosan" before each meal.
This helps prevent gas and stomach induced PVC's.
If u still end up having gas, use simethicone... but i'm not sure if you can continue to take this everyday without health risks.
is it possible that we only feel more pvcs when gassy? Perhaps pvcs there all the time, but more noticeable when gas pressure present. Just a thought.
Yep Im with RNRita!I have more pvcs after eating!!!Go with the smaller meals!Unless you might pay for it later:(
Smaller and more frequent meals may very well help a lot. When you have gas, bloating, and other stomach malfunctions, you can easily get more PVCs. I always do if I overeat of have a lot of acid.
You may want to try a anti-gas over the counter drug like Gas-X. I use a lower cost Walmart substitute and it works for me.
I don't associate my gas problems with my heart problems, just with my eating. Vegetables and dairy tend to give me gas. My heart ailment is AFib, not pvc.
