Hot Water Bath and Blood Pressure/Pulse

Today is so cold in the area I live. In the afternoon around 1:20PM, I took a hot water bath for about 15 minutes.
I felt little headache and then my heartbeat started to went faster than normal.
Will taking a hot water bath raise blood pressure/pulse?

Yes...heat makes your blood vessels dilate which increases your heart rate and your blood pressure.
