Don't be silly...there is absolutely nothing that you cannot tell your doctor.  They will not laugh at you, they will not make fun of you and the chances are very very strong that they have seen this before.  They take an oath when they become doctors that covers alot of areas of what they do for their patients and one of those things is confidentiality that they cannot and will not speak of your situation to anyone else and treating you with respect is in that oath that they take before they can become and doctor so please don't be afraid to talk to him or her about what is going on with you and at the very least give them the chance to help you with this and i am sure that they can.  This could be the most simple-est of things and if you were working out using weights it could be something merely as simple as hemoroids and that is easily taken care of.  Give your doctor a chance to help you because they can;t do a thing if they don;t know and trust me they will listen and i bet they've seen this before....good luck to you my friend....

you really are helpin me....pretty soon im going to take another analysis...and talk to a doctor...but before i nedded to tell you another thing.....this situation has started since 16 years old( and in that time i was one of the best students in high school)...pretty much the same time i started trainning..... and as the years passed it became more difficult for me to stay sit on a chair.....i had all the simptoms that i already mentioned.... when i stay sit on a char i cant stay for long i must get up because, my behind starts like burning and i start to sweat in that area..(.this is something i cannot tell my doctor.....) this happened since i was 16 years old(now im 22) and even now..... ...even in my home if i sit on a chair i cant stay more than 15 to 20 minutes without problems....and after that the burning and sweating begin... when i was 16 i didnt have anxiety i was happy untill now ...now that i dont train anymore(because i gotten worst) i feel a little empty.....strange huh....all the other things in a kind of way i can deal with them... except the fact of burnin and the sweatin in the behind area ..all the symptoms that i have writen about in previous messages are real......i have them....but this is the most embarassing that is why i writed now.....remmember the simptoms are since 16 and the situation has gotten worst.. that is way i thought it maybe have some relations with my trainning...and about that time i started to feel the aorta beatting ,now the beating is so strong that i can ^see^ the pumpin of blood ,all my abdominals move with the strong beating.. its true .. ....i really thank you for taking care of me... ....hope you can give me a answer about this embarassing fact.....in my messages i have now tell you everything about my situation ...i hope not to be seen like as psycological problem.....but i swear that all the things i said are true....after 3 days i will go to the doctor i hope to hear from you before...... thank you

OMG you aren't bothering any of us....that is why we are all here to support one another!  The coldness that you feel is your circulation not distributing correctly thru your body,  You want to make absolutely sure that you are hydrating yourself ALOT because dehydration can cause a couple of your symtoms especially the headaches and the tiredness.  Your metabolism is no doubt running pretty fast if you are hungry a couple of hours after you eat so you need to check what it is you are eating to be sure that you are not just eating fillers but substantial amounts of the right food groups.  The only parts of your body that will shift is growth areas and at 22 you are most likely done w. that.  The bowel area or intestines are continually in motion as we have a couple of feet of them and as we eat they move or expand/shrink pressing the waste out of our body.  I think maybe you are letting this get the best of you and if you have seen a doctor and gotten a clean bill of health don't let this effect your life.  Start getting yourself back into shape, work out, run, do all of the things your doc told you to do.  This may be worry from anxiety, missing school, possibly worries about your future, family issues, just about anything but at 22 and no prior heart problems i would just sit on the edge of the cliff and give yourself a push back into life as you have known it.  If you can't seem to get a grip on this situation you may want to see your regular family doc and talk to them about your fears and what you can do about it.  You need diversion so you don't focus on what may be wrong w. you when you may be good to go.  I wish i were 22 again and knew what i knew now...don't waste this time go for the brass ring my friend!!!!

thank you for your advice,i really appreciate......i am a male  almost 22 years old...i thought that the words in the previous message where enought and i didnt say everything i also get cold really fast and i have headaches (this maybe is because i sweat too much) i feel tired most of the time ,i have the need to eat more than the others and i get hungry a hour or two after i have eaten...even now that i dont train  anymore...i cant stay in class in chair(because im a student)i have lost two years of school because of this situation.......i think this situation has started with my training ( i didnt held to much weight.. i think)....but i did a lot of parallel lifting and jump on the rope....because i was short and i getted taller in a year...the part in my body that it stay hot  are the navel area, lower abdomin area and the part behind me and the other parts are more cooler...nobody in my family has this kind of problems....nobody has diabbetes.....and my sugar levels where ok....could my problem be physical ?some part of my body may have shifted or moved like the bowel or something?..sorry to bother you again ...

Sorry to hear that you are going thru this it must be super frustrating for you.  I think the main thing to remember is that you aren't having any of the normal symtoms of a heart problem...just that you are feeling a pulse thru out your body and believe it or not that does happen to alot of people.  What seems to be bothering you most to me would be the issue with the sweating and frequent urination.  Has any of the doctors ever checked your sugar levels to ensure that you have no diabetic issues going on?  Does anyone in your family have diabetes?  From most of your post you don't sound like you are having pain or symtoms so you need to get to the bottom of this situation and if your doctor is not giving you the answers try an internal medicine doctor because they deal w. all of the internal organs and this could be something so simple to fix.  It could be diet, a lack of a specific vitamin, etc.  The area around the navel is a pretty benign area however if you are a male and i can't tell from your post and name if you are it could be related to your urethra and you may have a little bladder thing going on.  I try to always remember when i sweat for no apparent reason it is my body telling me that there is something going on that shouldn't be and whatever it is it is trying to rid itself thru my sweat glands which is normal for the body...........
