Heart racing
Last night I was trying to fall asleep when all the sudden I could feel my heart pounding.. I checked my pulse it was 130, so I laid down an tried relaxing an after an hour my heart rate went down to 104. What could it be?? Should I be worried?? My heart rate is usually in the upper 90.
My doc said if I experience it again she will do some testing but she thinks it may be from my anxiety. So I'm praying I don't experience it again.
Yes that's a faster than expected rate for what was going on. There's a bunch of different things that can cause the same set of symptoms and the only way to tell what is going on is an EKG.
